Christmas at Sesame Place Day 1

One weekend in December, we packed up the kids and headed up to the special Christmas event at Sesame Place.  The park was decorated with Christmas lights, wreaths, snow, trees, and many other fun Christmas things.  The first thing Brayden wanted to do was go climb on the nets.  Taylor and I sent, the boys off to the nets and we hit the carousel.  Taylor loves carousels!  She was so excited waiting in line and kept pointing at all the horses.  She loved the ride.  It was adorable watching her pet her horse during the ride.
  


After Brayden and Jon finished the net course, it was time for more rides!  The kids both really loved the Elmo animal cars that fly in the sky.


Brayden had a great time going down the huge slides!


At night, the whole park was lit up with Christmas lights.  Brayden and I rode the big swings together and he had fun pointing out all the different things that were lit up.


Sesame Place has really cute Christmas shows too!  We went to see the Abby Christmas show.  Taylor was very excited and pointing at all the characters.  Brayden was bopping along and singing to the Christmas carols.  

We found a perfect place right next to the big Christmas tree to wait for the night parade!  The Christmas tree had lights that would blink to Christmas songs.  We had yummy gooey s'mores while we waited for the parade.  The kids weren't actually too interested in the s'mores, so Jon and I had no problem stepping in and polishing them off.
