Jon and I took the kids up to the Baltimore Science Museum for some exploring time.  We went up to the little kid area of the museum first.  Both kids loved playing in the water area!  Brayden had a great time using the water sprayers to fill up cups and tip objects over.  Taylor had a great time walking around the table picking up different cups and boats she could find.

Next, it was on to the earthquake Lego table!  We all had fun constructing buildings and seeing which buildings could withstand the earthquake.

While Brayden played on the underwater submarine computer, Taylor had fun running in the little tunnels.

After we explored the children's area, we started on the rest of the museum.  Brayden's favorite museum exhibit was still the giant mousetrap contraption.  We stayed there for a very long time watching the balls bounce through all the different pathways and obstacles.

Taylor found her favorite activity in the dinosaur exhibit.  Our little future social butterfly loved the phones that were set up all over the dinosaur exhibits.  When you picked up the phone there would be a recording with facts playing.  Taylor thought it was just the funnest thing being able to talk on the
phone!

The kids had so much fun trying all the different hands on activities.  It is always so exciting watching the kids run all around trying new things. Taylor really showed her independent streak during our visit. If she saw something interesting, she would bolt off to check it out.  She would also make it known very loudly when she wanted to stay at an activity!
